The Service provides AI-powered tools that generate text (stories, rewritten text) and images from user prompts, using third-party AI providers.
Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, misspellings, inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or unexpected results. Summit Horizon Growth LLC is NOT responsible for any errors or misinterpretations in generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated text and imagery before using it for commercial, public, or personal purposes.
You own the images and text you generate using your own prompts, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying AI providers' terms.
You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, explicit, or sexually explicit content, content infringing copyrights or trademarks, or content involving minors. Our safety filters are active, and you agree not to attempt to bypass them. We may block prompts and suspend access for violations.
The Service is currently offered free of charge during its beta period. Features and pricing may change, and paid features may be introduced in the future with notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Horizon Growth LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We advise that children under 13 be accompanied by an adult.
